Amazing product and exceptional customer service
I recently had an outstanding experience with the Lollipop Baby Monitor customer support team. After 2 years of use and after the warranty ended i encountered an issue with my device’s camera that it was flashing red light. I contacted customer support to see if they can help and i was amazed by the professionalism and support. I would like to specifically thank Indra for her fast response and helping me resolve my issue. This kind of customer support makes me highly recommend the brand as not only i know the monitor works great and helps me know that my baby is safe while i am away but also has great after sale service and customer support. Indra helped me patiently and saved the day by replacing the whole camera for me.

After using the Owlet and being a first time mom I thought all the issues I experienced were somewhat normal. Once we received an email from Owlet stating IOS wouldn’t be supported (we were using iPhones and iPads to monitor from the baby cam) I was forced to return it and research a replacement. I settled on Lollipop based off my friends 4 year experience with it plus she was also using iOS to monitor and had no issues. Not only was the connection to Wi-Fi better, the image quality was incomparable. Owlet was good but Lollipop was better. No to mention the easy set up, the options that come with the camera (music/photo/video) we’ve been able to see our son do amazing things by replaying videos caught by the camera. I’m a nutshell go for the Lollipop. I went with owlet thinking it’s pricey it should be good, even got the sock monitor which kept beeping and needed constant resetting. If you want something you can depend on this is the way.
