Perfect stencil for baby!

This item came just ask expected. The colors were sorted and numbered and it's been easy to get started. It will be a great gift!

Have done embroidery in the past but could only find a Cross Stitch with a Baby Safari theme. This is very easy to do but can be difficult to read with out really good lighting. Wish the guide had also added the thread # but was easy enough to add those myself. Could be a good gift item to give to someone who wants to have a personalized gift or, as in my case, is a great item to work on and give as a gift for my new grandson.

Made this for a friend's daughter. The project took me about 2 months. It came out beautifully. It was relatively easy and a beginner could complete this project easily.

The thread was not organized well. Hard to find the correct color, would not recommend

Would not recommend to new cross stitchers. This was not difficult to do but the symbols on the pattern key made it very difficult in some areas. One example is for a leaf, there is a star–green, and a colored in star–dark green. It is very hard at times to tell which color is was supposed to be. They did that multiple times. Would have been easier if the colors were not so close in color or the symbols were not right next to each other. Another problem, which I saw others also had, was I ran out of black thread. I have lots of old thread so had extra black but could have been a problem if it was another color. I also did not like that the colors/thread provided did not match the photo on the front of the package. On the package is shows distinct colors but the given ones are very similar and so, for example the rhino’s stomach on the cover is darker with a small light middle. The thread given was manly light so there is a small dark outer area and a larger light middle. The flowers are also much lighter than the cover photo. Overall it turned out nice but I have done other, better patterns/designs that I would do before doing this one again.

I ran out of a few thread colors. Glad I had a box full of leftover threads.
