If I were to base this review on the necklace only from the perspective of being a normal piece of jewelry, I probably would give it four stars. I like the unique look of the matte gold and both the pendant and the chain seemed to be very substantial and of good quality. While the style might not be everyone, as it isn’t dainty, I do like how it looks. It also was packaged very nicely with an excellent presentation.However, the main feature of this necklace is that it is advertised as being designed to reduce anxiety. When I bring that factor into my review, I have to lower the rating down to three stars. This did not help relieve anxiety at all. As a matter of fact, when I tried it out the first time, I wasn’t feeling any anxiety until I started using it! The hole is too small for breathing and so I felt anxious, like I couldn’t inhale or exhale enough air or quickly enough. I tried it again during a stressful moment and, again, it just made things worse.Maybe there is someone out there that this slowed, kind of forced breathing exercise might help, but I am definitely not that person.

The Designer Anxiety Necklace is beautiful and very helpful for stress and anxiety.You can use it all the time or just when you feel anxious or stressed.It's made of a nice stainless steal and it also looks very good and fashionable, it's for anxiety use but you can wear with a cool outfit and it looks pretty good too!The packaging is also so cute it comes in a box ready to gift if thats the case, I'm keeping mine but this makes a very good gift.It also has a script in the box that I really like.Inside the box the Necklace includes a small gray bag for storing.I totally love it and so worth it!!

It's pretty decent and exactly as pictured

It might have something to do with the weight of it, including the very nice and proportionate chain that the pendant is on, but seriously, just wearing it helps me chill out a bit and gives me a tangible sensation to focus on while I rally the rest of my senses to actually use the thing as intended. I have had a similar bracelet for a few months now and I use it frequently and constantly get compliments about it so it was not great leap to get this pendant and give it a breath or two and see how it went and it's going just fine! I'm really pleased with it overall because aside from being a very useful tool, it's discrete yet lovely enough that I'm constantly recommending it to people after I explain what it is!

Thé intent of this necklace is to remind me to have mindful breath. This is a very nice necklace, with a matte gold finish and chain. It’s like brushed nickel but gold. It’s a nice necklace and hangs lower than what I usually do for a necklace but that extra length helps make the reach to the mouth. The necklace is packaged with so much thought and care, with inspirational message, directions, and a velvet travel pouch. The box itself looks like a little book it’s so cute. Breath is critical to keep the body in order and I find I do remember to stop and breath with this fashionable necklace always with me to remind me to take a moment to calm myself. I want one in a silver tone too! Love it, get it for your friend who needs a little extra care now.
