It is rotating. Adjust the projection rotating speeds, it defaults to slow speed. 3 speeds are optional: slow - fast - stop. Short press it to switch the rotating speed.

How big is the projection area of this star projector?

Galaxy Projector support a projection distance of up to 16.4ft and an area of 754 sq ft. (The projection area is 12.5m² at a 3m projecting distance, and so on)

What is the longest length of timer?

When you sleep, you can set the starry sky projection light to turn off within 1 or 2 hours. If you forget to set the timer, it will automatically turn off after 4 hours, but you can turn it back on if you want to continue using it.
