I use this directly on my varicosed veins, on multiple areas of my body. It is safe for direct-skin contact.

Will this cream fade or do anything to the tattoos on my legs?

In reference to whether The horse Chestnut cream will, or not it will fade on anything, I'd probably not. Since it Can be rubbed on your legs to help with varicose veins. Technically it's for hemorrhoids. But there Are Other Uses for it. So I wouldn't imagine it would even affect your tattoos at all.

Is this considered gluten free by the manufacturer? And, yes it matters even if you don't eat it.

I'm fairly certain this is gluten-free since what I have is the cream, and it consists of horse chestnut seed extract, 20% aecin, butcher's broom leaf extract, which hazel bark extract, oak bark extract, myrrh gum extract, and rosemary leaf oil. Therefore, yes I would say the cream portion is gluten free. I don't know if it comes in capsule form.

Will this help with redness too? And can I use it on my hands

YES. I use it on my hands. I did so just to see if it worked. I had terribly itchy hands and within a short time it helped so much. I use it on my feet as well. It wont hurt you and may help.
