OMG!!! Absolute game changer for keto! How did I live without this? It’s obviously not very filling, as it has no carbs, but gives you more food options! It’s a bit expensive for me, I have 2 satchels for one meal, so when reduced comes to £10 for 4 meals. Very easy to prep, rinse, microwave, done! I looove the texture! Proper firm, not like baby food. It doesn’t really taste or smell like anything, which is perfect. Make sure to rinse it tho!

Super quick delivery. These do not smell like other versions of these noodles. As long as you prepare properly (washing and frying them to get some of the water out) they taste fine.

Low calorie product. Expensive. Taste ok. Quick purchase.

I used konjac noodles years ago when I was doing 5:2 diet. Found them useful for fasting days but they always had a slight fishy smell/taste. I thought I would try again for easy calorie controlled meals and these have been a real game changer. I always rinse before use and there is no smell or taste which means I can substitute to most any noodle and pasta dish. Texture is slightly different to normal noodles/pasta but it's fine. I've also not noticed any stomach issues from eating 1 pack in a meal. And it's great to create really quick/easy low calorie and low carb meals.

Bought these as was advised healthier than normal noodles, they taste awful and texture is not pleasant, rest gone in bin

The best Konjac noodles! These don’t have a strange smell/taste to it compared to other brands and we have enjoyed the ease of preparing it.

Odd texture noodle, works well in things like ramen or stir fry.

Great carb alternative. Total game changer if you’re on a cut/diet, has kept me super full, and so little cals per serving. Texture might take a bit of getting used to, especially if you order a thicker noodle, but this brand has a much better texture than others I’ve tried and no smell. Konjac is high in glucomannan, which absorbs water, so make sure you’re drinking lots of water alongside/after eating!

Put enough sauce on these low carb noodles and you can convince yourself you are eating real spaghetti guilt free. Also very good in soup broth.

Ottimo prodotto punto non ha per niente un cattivo odore quando apri la busta ed il sapore è neutro ma quando sono conditi con sughi di qualsiasi tipo rendono veramente benissimo dando praticamente zero calorie. Ottimi per la dieta.
