This honey was recommended to me by someone who had tested many types of Manuka honey for healing the skin. I followed the advice given and all I can say is I am happy with the results. This honey reduces the scabbing of wounds and promotes healing. I do eat the occasional spoonful and I think it tastes wonderful, it is like a treat! I think it is valuable to keep some in the household for first aid and skin care and its quite nice you can eat it too. This is a very healthy manuka as it is raw and seems to be active. However, do not be misled by that brand name - it is not organic honey. Its taste is good but nothing spectacular and its potency is not UMFHA certified. Wedderspoon does sell organic manuka but this is not it.

Came from Canada which pushed the price right up.Unfortunately I didn't notice in time!It has a strong taste but very pleasant.I just hope it will be of help.

This is not the tastiest honey I have had, but definitely the most expensive, it didn't even come in a glass jar.It's very unlikely I would buy this again, I have had cheaper, tastier honeys that seem to work just as well in easing my stomach problems. I also just discovered my local health food shop offers a 25+ for the same price

Misleading - this is NOT organic ('Organic' is just part of the company name).'Active +16' is not UMF, or even NPA
