This powder make a delicious and smooth molded pudding. When I opened the package, I immediately said aloud, "Wow, this smells yummy." I made miniature puddings using a silicone muffin liners and a muffin tin, following the recipe in the product listing. Wish the pudding mix came with printed recipes or just this basic pudding recipe on the package.Prepare the muffin tin. You can make 7-8 muffin-sized portions.Add enough brown sugar just to cover the bottom of each muffin liner.Measure out 600 mL of room temp water into a small saucepan.Add 7 tbsp of pudding powder.Heat over medium heat on the stove. Stir with a whisk until there is no powder left and wait until the mixture bubbles.Remove from the heat and strain into a container you can pour from.Pour about 1 tbsp of the hot pudding mixture into each muffin liner. Stir each well with a spoon until brown sugar is dissolved. Don't spend too long, or else the hot pudding mix in the container will start to congeal.Fill the muffin liners the rest of the way with pudding mix.Let cool to room temp.Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill for 3-4 hours.The resulting pudding was very smooth and had just enough sweetness. I recommend using the silicone muffin liners since they were easy to unmold. Or, you could just eat directly from the liners if you want to save a dish. Yummy.

The Mole pudding mix as soon as I opened smells delish. The value of the product for the amount is great. Only issue I have is the bag doesn’t have directions for recipe. So I actually printed it out and taped it to the bag for futures uses.

did not like- no instructions on package and the ones in listing did not come out well.i was hoping for a flan like royal brand but this was not it !!!

I am very happy to have this pudding powder! I was able to test it by using a small amount of powder to create some delicious pudding. I only wish there were directions on the bag, because I didn't know what to do with it at first! Thank you for the video!! Now that I know how and have tasted this pudding. I plan to make this for dessert at our Memorial Day party! I am going to top it with strawberries and blueberries for that red/white/and blue theme!

This 2.2lb resealable package of Flavmore Pudding Powder Mix from Taiwan just needs water or milk to make various kinds of hot or cold vanilla, custard puddings. There are no recipes on the package but some are listed in the photo section as well as 2 recipe videos for 5 varieties. You will have to copy the recipes and do the math if you don’t use metric. I made the no cook pudding smoothie in a blender with pudding powder, almond milk, and ice. I put caramel sauce around the sides of my serving dish. Although it didn’t come out thick like the video showed, it was good and tasted like melted ice cream. The cooked recipe using milk came out somewhat stringy but quickly thickened in the fridge to an egg custard although I had to add more sugar to sweeten it. I think the stringiness was due to the fact that I overcooked it to make sure it thickened. I will keep that in mind next time. All in all it is fairly easy and quick to make.

Product arrived as described. This pudding is easy to make using the instructions in the video from the listing. I did not use ice, so it was watery at first, but after 3 hours in the refrigerator, it had a nice pudding consistency. I also added cocoa powder and it was perfect without the need of added sugar. Overall, this is a great value.

I was able to easily make pudding with this powder mix by adding the powder to milk. You can use water as well, but I wanted something more flavorful and rich. It's a bit on the sweet side. You can flavor the pudding by adding whatever flavor you desire to the mix.

This is pretty straightforward to use and is very versatile, as far as in the different ways that you can prepare this.I mix mine with water, then boil and filter out the foam, and then I layer it in containers with chocolate mix, and then I refrigerate. It comes out quite well. I think this method works well if you remove the pudding and serve in a different container when ready. When you cover with cling wrap (or any cover for that matter) the condensate from the steam collects as a thin layer of water on top of the gelled pudding.Also, this seems to readily absorb the flavor of any syrup or additive that you add to it. As far as consistency, mine came out in a Jell-O like texture and thickness, but creamy instead of gel.
