Amazing
This book is got sometjing magic. You feel the spirit of corey lee. I would love to go and èat in his restaurant. Such and ambitius chef that does amazing things. Some recipe is extremely complicated. Western food with a korean twist. Higly reccomended

not impressed
not really impressed with the book of corey lee.the ex sous chef of thomas keller did not surprise me with anything new , only recipes too much asian influence and not easy to eatthe recipes are easy to follow thoughi collect book so its okay to have it in my collection but is not my favourite book
