Delicious high protien and potassium
I love poping a can of these. They are delicious nutritious with a nutty flavor. Highly recomend. They have more potasium than salt which is rare in a savory snack food. ( 55mg sodium to 120 mg potassium)

Very tasty
Product is very oniony in taste. I happen to love onions so I have really enjoyed these nuts. There are not a lot of them but you do not need a lot to enjoy them. I will purchase again.

Wonderful snack
Can't get enough of them. My kids love the too, although they prefer I call them puffed lotus seeds to foxnuts for some reason. Delicious, light, nutritious snack.
