Review: Best Customer Support in the market - I have only had these for 6 months now and they have stopped working. I had a similar issue with the Govee lights under the eave of my house. It doesn't appear that these things hold up well to the elements, but I will reach out to Govee and report back if their customer service team is worth buying more products from them or not. Update: their customer service is very hassle free. They sent me a replacement and not long after I had a similar issue and they gave a full refund. Although I had issues with the lights, I’ll still continue to order from Govee. Their customer support makes it all worth it.

**Q: One light wasn't so waterproof, can it be opened  to dry it out?**
A: No they can't be opened. First set I got done same thing. They said I had to return it and they sent me another set. So far the new set hasn't got any water in them.

**Q: can they face downward?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can these lights be turned on when I am away from the house (out of town)?**
A: The Bluetooth connection should keep the phone and the light in a short range, but if the Spotlight is connected to Wifi, it can be controlled anywhere.

### ⭐ Misleading Packaging and Advertising

Re-edited to add the replacement set also stopped working after a few weeks. This looks like a well-packaged and quality built product, but does NOT work. It was the driest summer on record, so weather was not a factor. ETA: Bumping up a few stars after Customer service reached out with apology and support - the spotlights themselves work fine, but all the artwork and images on the box that depict holiday scenes do not indicate that they come from a combination of products (curtain lights, etc.). Even the app for the spotlights has settings for the holiday scenes, but instead of a Christmas tree, you just get red and green lights. I can get the same effect MUCH cheaper
