what a time to be alive, these speakers are breathtaking. auto on/off function, produce stable, room filling sound. my living room alone is 1,000 sqft and is open ceiling. this speaker paired with DM30 center channel is incredible. watching TV is exciting now. listening to music in my living room is awesome. also, my favorite thing is NO SUBWOOFER SITTING AROUND. the sub is built in. i don't have a ghastly box subwoofer sitting in my livingroom, so these speakers are awesome. has everything i need.

These speakers are simply amazing. I had a 10” Definitive Technology subwoofer that I was going to hook up to my surround sound system, but it broke. After hooking up these two speakers, I don’t even need the 10” subwoofer. Each tower has a 180 amp 10” woofer integrated into them lol It would be overpowering for my whole system. My couch rattles. I added the Dolby Atmos DM90’s, as well a DM20 Center and the system rocks.

i had a pair of 7004 and i always thought i had a nice system. but man these m60 with a smaller woofer is the bomb. and i got a great price merry xmas to me

Spent >$4K on Definitive Tech speakers purchased directly from them (including DM90s and DM70s). Two units arrived with reversed polarity and my receiver detected the issue. I then saw "Made in China" and that helped me understand what was happening.... I proved it to their Customer Support team that they had an internal wiring issue, but Definity Technology kept blaming my receiver and didn't take any responsibility no matter what test I performed to prove them wrong. I even used other speakers I owned to show them that the receiver was fine and that the issue only happened with their speakers, but nothing... they kept telling me to contact the receiver's Tech Support. BUYER BEWARE: How I wish I could take my $4K back spent on a fake brand like this and buy some real "top notch" speaker brand. AVOID at ALL COSTS!

After agonzing over what hardware to put into our high vaulted ceiling living room, Amazon's 4th of July sales of DM60s came around and we bit the bullet. I could not have ever imagined how often I would sit on our sofa crying and with goose bumps running all over my body. There are probably many reasonable sound systems that you can get at this price point. But for a large head space room in a woodframe building with hardwood floors for low frequency resonance, the bipolar design seems super ideal. These speakers enable the music to make a stone cry!

Have had these speakers since May and have had the red light blinking on the back. I'm hoping that the amp doesn't go out. I've had a set of the earlier models Tower speakers and one of the amp failed on those so I'm just hoping that the amp doesn't fail on these. Hopefully I unplugged it and reset it and it seems to be working okay now

Beautiful! Awesome! O wait that's two words. Well worth the purchase. Would do it again, for sure.

These speakers are very well built and sound amazing. I went with the small top speakers that plug into the tops of the larger speakers and it makes a difference.
