I deal with a lot of back pain and a tens machine usually helps. I absolutely love that it’s wireless, so I can wear them anywhere. They are pretty strong too!only con for me is that it is not comfortable to have on when i’m laying down just because they aren’t flat but I just use my old wired tens machine for that

O.M.G. This thing is amazing!! I have had it for an hour and am compelled to write this review. I have insanely tight muscles with huge knots all over my body from years of athletic abuse and a major car crash. Since rolling over the hill, my pain is compounded with arthritis and general old age nonsense.I was lying in bed last night unable to sleep because my trigger wrist was throbbing, and I impulse bought this wonderful little gadget. I saw the other version on Instagram recently and in my search found this version that could be delivered overnight. After typing all day in agony, it arrived and I put it on the knot just below my elbow that triggers my wrist and, of course, cranked it to 100. Ho. Lee. Shhhh! I can't type with it on because my hand jerks around involuntarily (LOL), so I took a 10 minute break and let it do its thing. After just TEN MINUTES, the pain in my wrist is gone! GONE!!!!!! Y'all, I'm dead!! the clicking is gone and it doesn't hurt to type this. I. Am. Deadt.So, as I said, I've had this thing for a hot minute, but I am recommending it. I plan to burn this little sucker out and buy another. I'm going to use it on every knot in my body and if I have to buy 10 of them this year, it will be worth it. More relief in 10 minutes for $90 than 90 minutes of massage for $150 or PT for $225. Worth every penny. GET ONE!!

Used this mini massager on my neck and it really helped relieve tension after a long day at work. Very powerful and lasted a long time... It works very well. Definitely recommend!

My tension headaches went away after just one use. My shoulders felt loosened after just 10 minutes being on this thing. I love how compact it is, no wires attached. You can carry it and use it wherever and whenever. It’s so convenient and in a way private too.. so you don’t have people looking at you when you’re using it, let’s say at an airport. 10/10 product, quality and design is top notch.

This little unit is no joke. It definitely has some power behind it. I use it at nearly the lowest setting, and that's all I need. Much more than that, and I feel like I backed into the electric fence. It definitely has a powerful kick! My only issue is that it was confusing to get it started. There is a button marked, 'M' on the device and on the remote, but they do different things. Just a small learning curve. But if you need a unit like this, don't let the size fool you. It's a powerhouse!

I was expecting deeper massage to my muscles but it only tingled my skin and it caused minor irritation after use. This is from my personal experience but I've decided massage gun is the way to go for me. Nice, fast shipping however and the product packaging was also nice.
