Global 7 Piece Kabuto Knife Block Set

I have had crappy knives my whole life. My daughter has these knives and when I am at her house, cutting things is SO easy...even watermelon and tough skinned things like butternut squash. I love these knives and finally decided that I could gift them to myself! So, I did! Love them. They fit perfectly into my (small) hand and are uber sharp. If I had to mention one criticism...it is not of the knives, but of the block that comes with them. On one hand I really like that I can see through to which knife I am taking; one the other, the knives are so good that they really should have a more beautiful block to go in...a lovely wood. But that doesn't reduce my 5 star rating.

I have a very modern home and have always admired these knives. They did not disappoint. I am impressed with their edge technology. They are sharpened in a straight "V" shape, not a curved "V" as with most. BE SURE TO GET THE GLOBAL SHARPENER AS WELL or the intended edge will be altered.

Purchased these knives for my son, the chef in our family, after doing some research. We both love them. I was quite surprised how light they are, one piece, great balance and aesthetically pleasing to look at. My son is very pleased with these knives. Would purchase again if I needed another gift.

These might be knock offs. They are sharp, time will tell if they hold an edge. I bought a single sudoku knife knife from them years ago that has a heavier weight and better hand feel than any of these, sort of hard to describe the difference they just don’t feel like the same quality.

The best kitchen knives I've ever had or used! Their super sharp, easy to clean and one of the best assets to the kitchen I have. I highly recommend these to anyone who needs knives or likes to cook in general.
