Ferplast Furet Ferret Cage, X-Large, 80 x 75 x 86.5 cm, Grey

Excellent, spacious home for our two new big boy rats. Was relatively straightforward to put together as a two person team. The rats love it!

This cage is enormous. It was so big in fact that it was almost, ALMOST impossible to get through my living room door and into the bedroom after I had partially built it. The instructions are pretty rubbish to be honest and even after trying to follow them I still wound up with lots of spare bits that I had no idea what to do with... but the cage itself still seems very nice and solid.The bar spacing is a bit wider than I would like it, though that is certainly no fault of the manufacturer - I should've checked properly beforehand. Luckily my four rats have yet to try and escape so honestly no complaints there.On the bright side the cage is very, very spacious and compared to my dingy old bar-barred cage it really seems to brighten up the room with the white bar coating and light base, which is also nice and deep which has helped to keep the litter in. Aside from the water bottle being a bit flimsy and the hammock a bit naff, the other bits - the tunnel, corner levels, etc - all seem to be of a pretty high quality and are dead easy to put together.

Its a great cage, massive in size so plenty of space for my rats. I have two adult males and no issue with bar spacing.The only negative if any is that I would made it more accessible to clean, for example, one side of the cage could be latch, like the critter nation cage.Other then that its really good.

Cage is bigger than I was expecting (too big to fit through a doorway) and quite sturdy. I’m planning on putting Three rats in there and I feel like it’s the perfect size really. It was a bit of a ball-ache to put together as the directions were a little crappy, but really great product. Would definitely reccomend.

My Aria (standard size ferret)loves this plenty of room for another. Very easy to assemble but I need help to remove the base to clean other than that im Very happy with my purchase.

Finally relented and let my daughter have some pets, 3 very inquisitive female fancy rats. Product was delivered quickly via Prime, seemed well-packaged although various clunks and ringing bars as you manoeuvered the(rather large) box.On unpacking we found the most brief instructions ever to assemble- luckily it is quite obvious how to slot together. Comes with a few spare corners etc, which may well prove useful. Bit perplexed with how to fit the top corner covers on until I realised you could just pull plugs out so they would then insert. Didnt want to break anything by forcing it, brief instruction on this may have been useful and avoided some head-scratching.Construction is really sturdy, with a nice large door on top, and on the side, essential for spot cleaning etc. Cage is fixed to plastic base via four sturdy clips, so can be removed for easier (full) cleaning. The large plastic base is excellent, not only stopping your rats getting foot problems from walking on wire, but also contains (mostly) shavings/litter from being spread (too much) across your floor. The high sides help in this regard.Tube and hammock supplied are great, as are the two plastic platforms (and one ramp) which fit easily to the sides. Rats love both.The downside - for what is an expensive but quality product, it is let down by a large water bottle and feeding tray/bowl. The bowl clips to the side in not the best fashion, but the lid that is supposed to clip on the top and present a round (chew-proof?) top doesn't fit, and just pops off - a very cheap molding that no amount of twisting can fix. Also, the large water bottle is most adept at dripping constantly so that it soaks the cage - the extra large size meaning it can go the extra mile and really soak it.Strange that such a well thought-out product is let down by such sub-standard accessories. I would have given this five stars if these two items hadn't been included, but their inclusion detracts from what otherwise is a five star cage.My advice - do purchase the cage as your animals will be very happy, and you will be as cleaning is made much easier but the well-thought out design. Just chuck the feeding bowl and water bottle in the bin.

I really like this cage but it arrived and damaged. I was so disappointed in this. I could send it back and replaced but I decided to get a refund. Because this cage is not cheap. I’m a bit worried if I replaced it and it might be damaged again. I’m looking for a strong and high quality cage for my ferrets.

Amazing product

This is the best cage for a ferret my baby loves it!, I have had 3 cages and none of them work one was to flimsy he got out a lot but this cage is literally the best it wayyy bigger then I thought which is good and so much space for two ferrets! Takes two people to put it together but can be possible with one! The shelf’s are very sturdy they can hold my cubby baby! 😂 tunnel is a little hard to get up but I’m sure if you have it a certain way it will work i bought another hammock that is warmer because I live in a cold place but the one it comes with is great to! I am very happy with this cage, (it comes with a food bowl, litter pan, water bottle, And a Hammock) (it also comes with extra nails just in case!) I love this cage!

Bella gabbia con tanti accessori arrivata nei tempi concordati, semplice da montare. Forse le sbarre vicino alla chiusura delle porte dovrebbero essere più resistenti perché si piegano un po’ dopo che si aprono e si chiudono per un po’ di tempo.

Reçu aujourd'hui j'avais un ancien modèle il a plusieurs années rachetée la car un Nouveau fufu et vraiment nickel . Acheter les yeux fermés , facile à monter et livré en tant en heures

è una ottima gabbia per furetti bella spaziosa ma purtroppo un po difficoltosa da pulire per la sua grandezza,forsa con piu porte ai lati veniva meglio a pulire negli angoli,altra nota negativa è il prezzo un po eccessivo a mio parere ma rimane cmq una buona gabbia,mi sento di consigliarla se calasse sui 150 euro sarebbe un prezzo piu corretto.

A éviter absolument. J'ai payé cette cage assez chère et après 4 mois d'utilisation je vais pouvoir en acheter une autre.
