Wow, If you are into frequency work. This is a very informative reference guide, with lists of frequencies. 256 pages just like this.

This is a perfect compilation of many sources. it is well organized if you take the time to study the way that it is laid out. It does not hold a prejudice from one database over another so there are redundant frequencies across the board. The databases that many of these frequencies came from are out there. He's made these all easily accessible in a single book that is well categorized once you understand the Table of Contents as it is well laid out, just a lot of data. You can hunt down these frequencies like he did from other sources and put on spectacles to read through them, or you can buy this book and find a well-ordered database. Plus, he's also written companion books to dig in a little deeper. There's nothing to complain about except perhaps you might have to do some work. I'm using this book to write pulsing sequences into a .csv files in the efforts to pulse NIR, RED and BLUE frequencies for the Bales Firefly and I find it very helpful. I have all the original source materials and database collections for these, but this is a lot easier to read. But you have to do your work and figure out how to use it for yourself. That may be hard for some since this is very detailed. It is meant for those who have machines to work with practically and not for those interested in theory. It's a practical book for technicians and engineers to appreciate.

This is a very well designed book with so much information. I wish there was a more detailed index in order to find what you need. In my book, the first index page was missing!

This review may come off very new age to some people, but I'm not gatekeeping this. So rifing is a very new journey many energy healers are embarking on especially right now in 2025-6. This last year was the first time I ever heard the word rifing. But we all know frequency. So I have experimented with the edges of rifing convergences with metaphysics recently, speaking these frequency numbers in this book for healing different parts of the body and have felt incredible results, full body tingles, like something happens even speaking the numbers without a rifing machine. I have read these numbers aloud to my mom and she felt some healing too. Every time I try it, results happen. Going to keep diving into this book!

I've been using RIFE frequency sounds for addressing some problems. Now I got an affordable RIFE device that comes with tons of programmed setting, yet impossible to cover all. I like this books is very well organized and includes lots of good information that will allow me to program my own settings for specific needs. I do recommend it to any person interested in getting these frequencies on paper. Worth the investment.
