However, it is concerning that I’ve started losing about 4 times as much hair in the shower (I use a wet brush for my conditioner so I know pretty exactly the volume of hair I lose per shower). Besides that, I haven’t noticed a huge change in my hair. I have been able to go an extra day between washes though, so that’s good! To summarize: I’ve noticed no huge positive effects outside of the shower except that a few times I’ve been able to extend my wash day by a day. I am losing a lot more hair in the shower since using this, but that could be a coincidence. I certainly will keep using this shampoo. It is supposed to help prevent hair loss but I am not sure of any real difference so far after a few weeks of use (I have thinning hair with a receding hairline). I do like that it is sulfate-free and paraben-free, which all shampoos should aim to be. Otherwise, it just seems OK so far. I think if you're really suffering from significant hair loss, the only proven way to help stop hair loss is minoxidil and finasteride.
