Other than look what advantage is a glass infuser? All the others are metal. Does it perform better same or worse than metal?

With some of the more delicate tasting teas you do not get the metallic taste with the glass infuser; also the glass infuser is a must if you just want to give a quick boost of heat from the microwave. The glass infuser is easier to keep stain free. Hope this helps. Jan xx

I think I know the answer, but can you use it on an induction hob?

I have a gas hob and it's fine on that as its very robust. I certainly wouldn't have an issue trying it if I had an induction one but just says stovetop safe on the packaging so I assume that covers all stoves...
