Review: After considerable research I purchased the 10.5" Tou Damascus slicer... I'm SOOoo impressed and ABSOLUTELY love it. I can slice a cold steak so fine that the flavor explodes in a 2nd day sandwich. ABSOLUTELY a 5 star knife... I have to be careful not to cut myself...lol!

El cuchillo es una preciosidad y corta muchisimo, buen equilibrio y un mango muy comodo ( mido 1,90cm ). De paso que iba a una cuchilleria a comprar una puntilla en Valencia, se lo enseñe al dueño y le pregunte que le parecía. Me dijo que sí era acero japonés, damasco. Lo compré a 96€ ahora esta mucho más caro.

Just start the cut and pull the knife back without compromising the taste and quality of the structure unlike other knives which can damage the cell walls and alter the feel and taste. - Ultra premium Japanese VG10 stainless steel with 33 layers of high quality softer stainless steel at one side in the Damascus tradition. To ensure the blade hardness reach to 62 HRC, vacuum heat treatment and nitrogen cooling technique are implemented.

A: To my knowledge the handle is improved. The knife is wicked sharp and great for making sushi. The case to store it in is also very nice.

Lo compré, con un poco con miedo por ser made in China y por no tener comentarios de nadie, al final me decidí y me alegro de ello.
