It’s a powdered pinkish texture and I do recommend to put it in any hot beverage so it will mix in your drink better. There’s no flavor so it won’t change the taste of your drink but you don’t want to use to much because it can make your drink thicker. I use about a teaspoon and a half in my hot herbal tea every morning. Before I tried Acadia powder I would only use the restroom 2-3 times per week and most of the time it was very messy. It was because I was not eating healthy & not taking care of myself. Now I’m taking better care of myself and eating healthier. I take the Acadia powder everyday and I go to the restroom every day! I feel the difference in my gut and my gut is very happy!!! The effectiveness & ease of use is spot on! Also, when I do go to the bathroom, there is no mess! I just adding an a bidet on my toilet because I do not have a fear I need toilet paper anymore. However, when you first start taking the Acadia powder going to the bathroom might be messy at first because it’s cleaning out your system. So definitely have some flushable wipes on hand and please Just stick with it. I promise you you will thank me later. This is absolutely a must have in my household and it last forever.
