Excellent for good gut health
I suffer from few auto immune conditions that has impacted my digestion and in turn overall health . I started on this on advise of a friend and have been amazed by the improvements I have seen over the last six weeks . It has made me comfortable and less bloated . My digestion is better and I am able to tolerate more foods . I take it every morning mixed with water . My cravings have reduced and I feel satiated with less food . With all the benefits I have even started this for my teenage kids !! It’s also priced very reasonable compared to other products in the market.

Viome recommended these fibers...
I'm not sure if this brand works but I've been trying it for the month after the Viome gut test stated these might be helpful for microbe diversity in the gut virome. All fiber is better eaten from the actual source and not highly processed like powders but it's at least a starting point. I'll up it to 5 stars if I ever re-test and the test show it made a difference.

Product does not have organic certified ingredients
I like this product, but I feel like I was duped into buying it with the organic claim. There are NO organic ingredients in this product.

Excellent pre-biotic source. Soluble fibers for general & digestive health.
If you're searching through fiber products, like psyllium husk and acacia, you probably already understand the importance of soluble fiber in the diet. I recall studies noting that the average diet is lacking in sufficient fiber. Fiber can help with weight loss and management by satiating appetite (fiber absorbs liquids and expands, providing a sense of being full). Soluble fiber absorption aspect can also mitigate cholesterol and blood sugar issues. And, as is commonly known, it plays a huge role in regularity.I usually consume psyllium husk powder daily. Sometimes, I'll mix it up with other fiber sources. Acacia is an excellent source for soluble fiber and is a welcomed pre-biotic to bolster the gut microbome. This product offers a good combo of acacia and psyllium husk powders. The package claims that it's organic, which is a desired feature. However, other than the product title, there is no further mention of the ingredients being organic. I would have been more impressed and confident about the product if it had official organic certification, like USDA Organic. (The package does display GMP certification, which does indicate adherence to industry standards for the ingredients and processing.)The fiber powder does resemble other fiber products I've used. It mixes about the same as other fiber products, too. Although, this does tend to clump more readily than my usual psyllium husk powder. But, that is no deal breaker. I swallow the clumps, along with the hot beverage, and it's all good. I mix the fiber into coffee, which seems to help lessen clumping. And, I never notice any flavoring associated with the fiber product (I tend to avoid flavored fiber powders).A photo of the fiber powder is provided amongst the attached photos.Overall, it seems to be a very credible fiber powder. The organic issue does ding the rating a bit, though. As such, it garners a 4.5+ rating, with a high level recommendation.

Psyllium Husk Powder is a must on low carb diets.
I have been drinking psyllium husk powder for years and, I am sure I take it different than others. Lets be honest, after 15 years or so eating Psyllium Husk Powder, none of them taste any good. The trick it to not taste it. I grab a shaker bottle and add 2 or 3 swallows of water, maybe 6 ounces or so. Drop a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder into it, shake and down it. Add a few more ounces of water into shaker bottle and down it again, repeat if necessary. Sometimes I use kool-aid or crystal lite instead of water, will make it go down easier. Doing this once or twice a day gives you a full feeling. Not hungry at all, even after a few hours of drinking it. Then when you do decide to eat, you get full a lot faster, end up eating so much less food. The taste to me is just like unsweetened raisin brand. I only do 1 table spoon at a time and do not shake it much or it will gel up right into the shaker bottle. You do not have time to add a 2nd tablespoon. Once it starts gelling up, the texture is nasty and you will not be able to get it down. Much easier when it is still in liquid form. You have like 3 seconds till it starts gelling up. Then of course it is fiber and you can never have enough fiber. Most people do not have much fiber at all. For me, this is a must when eating a lot of protein on a low carb diet or keto.Packaging & DeliveryThe packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:]All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending this Psyllium Husk Powder or the seller.

Two beneficial ingredients to add to your daily diet! Great in smoothies.
I have been adding Acacia and psyllium husk powders to my smoothies everyday for quite some time to help my very sluggish digestive system. I've always bought them separately, so it is nice to have this Organic Acacia & Psyllium Husk Fiber Powder that has both of them together. It comes with a whole host of great written information, and a month of free email advice to help with your diet.I've only been using it for a few days now, and I haven't noticed a difference from my regular powders, so that is a good thing. I make a couple of small fruit smoothies everyday, and that is what I add it to. I've never tried either of the powders in plain water, but it mixes just fine in the blender. I also do not notice any off putting flavor. It lists acacia first, so I'm not sure if it has more of that than psyllium husk, or equal amounts of both. It would be nice to know the ratio, as I find adding more psyllium husk than acacia works best to keep things moving along for me. I'm sure my body will give me a good idea of the ratio after using it for a week or so. Either way, I would absolutely recommend both of these fiber powders, and this product.
