I tried to install these on my pergola but I opted not to. Im not sure if this curtain is water resistant or not, based on my judgment it's not, but I could be wrong.It does seem to provide nice shade and protect against UV.

Nice and useful curtains to use on my pavillion setup i have my grill under. I tightened it on the bottom also and it protects me from the wind and rain or sun when i want to grill in lesser than good weather. When i start the smoker, i can easily move the curtains aside to let the biger influx of smoke on startup then closing it back for protection.

This is a nice patio tab curtain at an affordable price. It is easy to hang and cuts out some of the suns rays. We have a back porch that is just a scorcher. I will be ordering a couple more of these to cover the patio. It is a single panely so order the correct amount of panels that you will need. (I thought it was a double panel set, it is not). I would recommend these curtains.

They had stains on one of them.

I ordered this for a different purpose. We have a rustic animal barn we've repurposed for family gatherings. There's only one "room" after we removed the horse stalls. It's the old tack room. When we put in a rough-cut floor, we had to remove the door to the tack room. Until we find a rustic door we like, we need to close off that area since we're now using it for storing hammocks and outdoor games.This single panel is just wide enough to cover the doorway. The water-resistant material is great since it is fairly close to the wide entrance of the barn. I hung it on a curtain stress rod placed inside the door frame. It will hide our messy storage area but it's also easy to pull open and close when we want to enter the room. The panel is lightweight. It may look a little like canvas but it doesn't feel like it. It's lighter than a canvas dropcloth and the panel has a little sheen to it due to the water-resistant material, I guess. It's sewn well.
