The outside ones are approximate, I guess. I measure the inside as about 15 3/4 wide, 12 deep inside, but 9 inches from top element to bottom element, and about 121/2 deep. I hope that helps. **Q: Does the oven door leak heat?** A: Yes the oven doors do leak heat as they do not close together flush. I set this oven on the counter across the kitchen from my standard oven and though I did not feel any heat much from the sides and top of the unit, I could feel the heat out the front from 2-2 1/2 feet away. **Q: How does the steamer function work?** A: Steamer works great!
