I have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease. I have felt horrible for over ten years while taking thyroid medicine and vitamin d. I recently switched out the vitamin d for this, and within 30 days I felt good and awake for the first time in over a decade.

Great vitamin supplement and great value

Beneficial three ways!
I think this supplement is doing something to give me more energy. Not like caffeine, but the subtle way that I feel like doing more than I used to without it. As we get older we need more of the A, D & K supplementation as our bodies cannot produce enough, so it fits the bill in one tiny pill.
