BUY THESE THINGS NOW!! No matter what you need your knee pads for or how often I cannot fathom the situation where these would not be the best knee pads you've ever had. They stay put better than any pair I've ever had, softer than any pair I've ever had and more protected than any parent I've ever had. PERIOD! I'm a service electrician by trade so I'm either crawling through an attic, crawling through a crawl space, climbing a tree, working under some bushes, on my knees working on Outlets or up and down ladders all day. It's very demanding for knee pads and all other equipment for that matter knee pads or something I typically buy about every 6 months. That will not be the case with this pair I can confidently say. The lifetime warranty is the real deal. Mine were delivered to my doorstep and before I had even gotten home from work a big wig from the company emailed me to make sure that they were to my liking. Very impressed I told him I had not seen them yet but I had high hopes. When I did see them they were everything I expected. After about a week a hole started to form in one of the velcro straps. I went ahead and emailed the gentleman back and told him that I was developing a little small hole and I was sure it was a fluke but I wanted to let him know. I did not even send him a picture of it but offered to if you would like. To my surprise I did not hear anything for 48 hours. Honestly I was a little annoyed. However after arriving home from work the second day I find the Brand New Pair of RNF knee pads waiting for me freshly delivered! No questions asked whatsoever. They did not even ask me for the other knee patch back. This is how a company is supposed to treat its customers. Customer service is a lost art but thankfully alive and well at RNF. And they have earned a happy customer for life. ::EDIT:: the part about me not getting any emails or Communications before the arrival of the second pair of knee pads is inaccurate I did not see these emails as I was apparently having server problems at the time.
