I have purachsed Duracell 20000Mah brick in Apr,2024 and has been using satisfactorily till Mar'2026. After that the it got swollen and I reached to duracell for warranty, they had option for replacement (if available) or complete refund. I have received the refund. And after that I have again ordered the same. Although you will get same capacity, Battery life in all similar powerbanks. Unique Pros : Light weight, Warranty, Service Support. Good charger but many times shuts off by itself even at low battery , like 30-40 %. Messes up with the charging cycles !

Power bank quality bahut achhi hai. 20000mAh battery backup easily 2–3 times phone full charge kar deta hai. Design slim aur premium lagta hai, carry karna easy hai. Charging speed bhi fast hai aur heating ka issue nahi aaya. Duracell brand trusted hai, overall product paisa vasool hai. Highly recommended.

One of the best Power House, with a very long charge holding capacity. I use this to power my Sony Handcam for live streaming, for 2 hours, every Saturday. So, I charge only once a month, and the power house works 2hours every saturday, without any drain out.

Used the Duracell power bank for 20 months ,reliable performance throughout. Battery backup was great. Faced charging issues recently, but UCL’s after-sales support was excellent and they promptly issued a refund. Great experience overall.

Gud durable brand...gud battery support...looks very premium quality but a bit heavy to carry....where other brands r sleek n affordable in price this is a bit costly also...but I have a trust in the brand so got it..will review again after a week use
