Great quality pan. Easy to clean and the smaller size allows me to have other pans in oven. I will be purchasing again.

I am simply blown away! There’s so many things I really like about this baking pan. Mostly it is one piece - solid construction, no edges to trap food or water when cleaning, big handles, and the surface is incredibly smooth. Super nonstick! It performed perfectly in the oven, heated super quickly. I had very even browning results with my granola. What was more surprising was how easy it was to clean. Everything slid right off, my old baking sheets are stained and never come clean, this looks brand new after three completely different uses. So far I’ve made granola, glazed salmon, and roasted asparagus. Normally, my glaze makes a sticky mess and stains my pan. This literally wiped clean and looks new. This is super impressive. Bakeware, I am buying more pieces in the collection. It’s also ceramic and no bad chemicals. I only buy ceramic nonstick now.

Can't believe I paid this much for a pan, but I wanted something for roasting vegetables that wasn't some kind of metal. It's totally worth it! It works well for roasting and wipes clean for easy clean up. Wish I had a second one!

While the outer edges may be 13 x 9, the actual cooking surface is 11 x 7 inches.

I got these because I needed pans that wouldn't warp at 500 degrees. These are excellent, especially when broiling. Best of all, they clean up with little effort. As long as there's a little oil on the pan almost nothing sticks. Loved them so much I bought a whole set and others as gifts.
