I try to drink this daily, too many family members and people getting sick. Plus, I work in a grocery store and you know the amount of germs carrying around. With this season, boosting my immune system won't hurt.It is an interesting flavor, and smooth. I can taste the berry with hint of spice. Of course with tea like this, you need honey if you need a sweetener. I need to find a good pastry to go with it. I try to incorporate afternoon tea regularly. This tea is ongoing regarding the effectiveness but I have no doubt it will work. And the price was a bit cheaper than Whole Foods. Definitely be buying again.
