I could never wear these shorts in public but they do work! They are thinner than i thought they would be but for the price i can't complain. Maybe next time i'll get a smaller size and they won't be so funny lol

I use it when I go for a walk or when I’m working out and it makes me sweat more. I also bought a shorts and a shirt versions of this.

For reference I am approx 130 and 5”4’ and bought the medium size and they aren’t too tight as I was able to put them on with ease, but not loose by any means as they fit snug enough to really work up a sweat and they functioned like shapewear to make sure I’m pulled in at all right places and extremely flattering. When I take them off, I just roll them off inside out so I can go ahead and rinse/wash and then let them dry so they’re ready to be turned right side in the next use. That said, I love these!!!! Just got them today and they can be worn without needing other shorts on top as they are not see through at all. I wore them with just a sports bra top and went out for a quick 30 min walk and can feel the immense amount of sweat already starting to soak the legs! I bought these bc I’ve I’ve been trying to tone my thighs and finding it to be quite a challenge!! At first I only wanted to target the thighs but love that these are high waisted as they fit quite nicely and who doesn’t benefit from some extra sweat on the love handle and an area?!
