Absolutely substandard product and even worse customer response. Not even worth Inr.500. The boom mic volume is very feeble on zoom and teams calls / meeting and the other side complain that voice is barely heard despite setting mic volume at max. The rectangular part behind the ears is I'll designed and presses on the ear lobe causing pain even under 1 hour if usage. I have logged a product complaint for return and refund. Yet to even get a call back. Ng WhatsApp customer care is automated with standard non replies. Don't suffer like me. If you feel like donating 3700 Rs drop it in a temple hindi or donation box. Don't waste on this product.

It's features are awesome, the multi-point pairing has never been more impressive than it is on this product. The quality is good enough, a version of this that spent a little more on quality would be perfect. The microphone for a wireless headset is great, and it picks up even the smallest of voices. I swap between devices a lot, and frequently, Sometimes I take calls for work, and am the host of regular meetings, my voice is clear even on those tired days to the person I'm talking to, and I can pick up my other device and just keep going without the volume being overbearing, and without delays.

A good product as compared to other far more expensive brands. I wanted a light-weight device that was neither over-the-head, nor in-ear. Had been searching for reasonably priced products in this form factor, but very few that were below Rs. 5000. I discovered this product by chance, and bought it after reading a few of the positive reviews. It is sundar, swast, and hopefully will also be tikaau. :-) Very clear hearing experience on calls, as well as when watching videos on the mobile or laptop. It's comfortable on the ears even for hour-long calls or podcasts. You will need to take them off for a few minutes after long hours of wearing them. Of course, it's not for the connoisseurs who demand excellence in such products.

It is suitable only for calls, not for listening to music I am using this since three days and notice below points Noise cancellation: 5⭐️ it’s perfect for official calls, even if some one shouting next to you, it wont be audible to the opposite person, noise cancellation is perfect. Connectivity: 5⭐️ Bluetooth connectivity is perfect, after pairing, once you switch this headset on, it connects both mobile and laptop at a time. Battery Life: 3⭐️ since four days of continuous use it got switched off on 4th day night. Battery seems to be decent. Fit: 4⭐️ it is perfectly fitting and sits very well even if we are wearing spectacles. Little pain after continuous wearing. But negligible. Functionality: 5⭐️ over all it is a perfect product if you are working from home. You can purchase it without any second thought, in my city Chennai I have service center, please check in your city if you have service center before buying this product.

Battery life is not good. You have to charge it daily if you connect it your pc bluetooth. Design is ok but for person like me with small head it kinda falls off and get settled around neck and have to pull it up to its place very often. Provided rubber support band is not of great help. Sound quality is good for calls, I have not tried music.

Great product, but plastic should have good strength. Brittle plastic used. So it breaks with little pressure. Battery life 10/10 Mic quality 10/10 Call quality 10/10 Built quality 5/10 brittle plastic used. Use a silicon based flexible plastic.

Very uncomfortable. Ears start paining. The previous generation was better because it was bone conducting and didnt cover the ears. This one sits on the top of the ears and over the ears. So after long calls it hurts very much. Also for people who wear glasses, it is uncomfortable. I wish there was a return option but its only replace. Waste of money.
