It's very nice. Handle feels a bit wobbly, but it's fine. It's nice looking. I love the liner colours because they aren't black, which I find difficult to see into. Price is a bit high at times. I'd buy again at the price I paid even if it was a bit high.

Unfortunately, as much as I liked how this product looked, it turned out to not even hold out for one trip. The top handle is flimsy and I had to fix it quite a few times by putting it back in place. The tag broke off and it is completely unreliable without a handle to roll it around with. I have to return it as it is too much money not to, and I am terribly disappointed. So inconvenient.

The luggage is exactly as shown - possibly even nicer looking. Super easy to maneuver and the zippers are really heavy weight and durable. Very happy!

I loved the luggage but I’m writing to say I’m missing one of the pieces of luggage.I want the 3 rd piece to complete my set. It was a graduation gift for my niece.For some reason, i can’t seem to send me request anywhere else so I’m writing here, that I’m NOT asking for a refund or return my item,I just want the missing piece (20” suitcase on wheels)

Unlike others, I had no problems whatsoever with this suitcase which was quite full (I now have 3 pieces from this line - no problems with backpack or smaller carry-on so far either).
