Womens Curvy Straight Jean

For ref: my waist 30-31” / 38” hips. I typically wear a size 8 petite in jeans (AE, Old Navy, Amazon Essentials) I ordered a size 8 (short) straight leg and a size 10 (short) to compare the fit. Size 10 fit around the waist with a lot of give due to the stretchy denim material. The inseam for this size jean was way too long (30”inch inseam) for my short legs. The overall fit around the hips and thighs was too roomy and I could tell that this jean would stretch out too much throughout the day. So I’m returning the size 10 short. Size 8 (short) FIT PERFECTLY, the inseam at 28 inches was the perfect length for my legs. Btw: the sizing inside the pant says the jeans is a 29/30. I measured the inseam and it is 28” not 30”. The waist fit perfectly too. The rise falls at 10” right at my belly button. I would have preferred a high-rise but I didn’t realize at the time I ordered these jeans that they were a mid-rise pant. These jeans are so comfortable overall that I don’t mind the mid-rise. I was also pleased with the light wash overall.

I recently picked up a pair of Levi Strauss Signature Gold Women's Straight Jeans, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. Right out of the package, they felt soft and comfortable, which is always a plus. The fit was spot on for me; they hug just enough in the right places without being too tight. I also appreciate that they have a bit of stretch, which makes moving around a breeze. I can bend, sit, and walk without feeling restricted, which is so important in everyday wear. One of my favorite features is the classic wash. It’s a nice shade that goes with pretty much anything in my wardrobe. Plus, they haven’t lost their shape after a few washes, which is a real bonus. Overall, I think these jeans are a great investment. They’re comfy, stylish, and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a reliable pair of jeans for everyday wear, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try!

I can certainly understand that these jeans have wide appeal for their super-stretchy denim and midrise. And, they did look pretty good even on my elderly front and side view. But, sadly, the rear view was not something I wanted to present to the public. Also, the upper legs are a little too slim in comparison to mine. So, these are not for me.

Nice jeans, fit well, well made, just enough give (stretch) but not too much. Very comfortable.

I'm 5'3, 180lbs and the size 12 fit PERFECT. These have just the right amount of stretch that you feel snug but not smooshed. They ARE long (32" inseam) but it's nothing that a cute cuff or rough hem can't fix. They're a true straight jean so they don't feel like skinny jeans at all. Definitely recommend.

Let me explain my issue because some of you might understand. I had a baby this year. All of my weight has always been in the middle but now it is a lot more. These are stretchy but I feel like the waist could be stretchier. The are a good rise. They are not thin but thin enough that you can see any rolls through the material so if you have a fupa it will somewhat control it but also put a little spotlight on it. It is tricky buying jeans cause you want stretch but you want the firmness to hid any rolls. Just being honest. They are very soft and the price is basically a sale price all the time. Im 5'4 and these are long but easily foldable.

They are light weight and stretchy so you truly don't feel restricted. The only thing I dont love is they feel a little bit like low rise. I wish they were just a smidge higher but I just ordered another pair in a different color so obviously it doesn't bother me too much! 😁

These fit well and are very comfortable. They seem a little lighter than my other Levi’s, making them ideal for warmer weather. I’ve washed them twice and they look good and retain their shape well.

The pants are very comfortable but really long. I’m a little worried about how long they will last as the material is quite thin.

Love these curvy jeans. I was worried curvy could mean baggy in the hips but was very pleased to see they fit like regular jeans. I usually wear an 8 or 10 jeans and the 10 was perfect. I love the straight leg as I am weeding out all my skinny jeans as sick of pushing the legs down ever time I stand up. 32 length perfect for my 5’5 inch height. They have stretch so if on the fence get the 8. I like the 10 so I can tuck a blouse in with a belt if desired.

They run big, I followed the advice I saw on here and sized down, they are perfect. I am 152cm and got the ‘short’ jean, it is the perfect length for my height. These jeans are not jegging material, they are denim, but have some stretch to them and fit nicely. The waist is at my belly button, and the back of the jeans fully cover everything. The jeans have structure, but are still comfortable. They look nice, and feel good.
