Méharées Acqua di Profumo (Eau de Parfum) by L'Erbolario Lodi

I've been a fan of Meharees Acqua di Profumo for many years and was first introduced to the l'Erbolario brand back in Italy. The scent is a lovely, deep, clean scent without being overwhelming. Sandalwood, sweet dates, myrrh and amber make for a very sensual,cosy almost autumnal smell. While I am always careful not to put on too much perfume (if others can smell your perfume from a distance that's just plain wrong), I have almost always had other women ask me what I am wearing and where they can buy it. The Acqua di Profumo is much cleaner and crisper than most eau de parfums. Since this product is not so easily available in the States and is reasonably priced (it's even cheaper in Europe), what you end up with is a much more unique, personal scent. Of course, bear in mind that the same perfume can smell completely different on another person. It all depends on your PH. Erbolario does not do any animal testing or use animal by-products which is also a plus for me.

So i bought a bottle on ebay about two weeks ago and i must say that this is a very high quality parfum for the price, so i bought a second bottle since i have been wearing it everyday since i bought it. This smells very similar to musc ravageur by Frederic Malle, but not to take away from Maharees it is a very solid fragrance. if you like sweet vanilla with some spices. A great fragrance to buy. I can appreciate it more because it smells like another cologne that cost $250 but this does it better in my opinion and for a fraction of the price. but even if you are not into cologne like i am you should buy it for the price and the quality.

Nice clean scent for the amount of money you're spending but it doesn't have very long longevity when you're wearing it throughout the day

After watching a couple different Youtube fragrance reviewers speak highly of this product, I had to get my nose on it. It is every bit as good as they indicated. This is a nice cozy scent. I would say it is better for cooler weather and evenings, but if you work in an air conditioned environment and be conservative with your sprays this could work anytime. The 3 strongest notes to me are cinnamon, vanilla and amber so if you like something warm, give this one a try!

I used to buy this in King of Prussia PA but the shop went under. I was leery buying it overseas since shipping is so up and down. It was quick shipping and the perfume is to die for. Myrrh and dates.

I have worn fragrances from L'erbolario for many years. Always loved the product, especially Vaniglia which I can no longer find. Originally bought in Italy on a trip and ordered on line in later years when I returned state side. I wore this particular fragrance, Me'hare'es several years ago and remembered it as having a very exotic scent. The bottle I received this time has a strong alcohol odor when first sprayed. The scent only lasts for a few hours and then disappears completely. I noticed it was shipped from Greece on the address label and wonder if it may have had a long shelf life before I received it. I will try something new as I am a big fan of L'erbolario.

It is intoxicating. Bringing visions of swirling colored silks,and the pleasant sting of sand as the wind blows gently. This scent will transport you to another time, place and state of mind boosting your confidence. This is a "Power" (Overthrowing the "Power-tie") scent not like any other on the market.

This scent was not one that I liked at all, and I didn't notice it is NOT RETURNABLE !! Be sure you are buying a scent that you like.
