I use on bike rides & runs lasting over 60 min
Good fuel. Doesn’t affect my sensitive tummy but the true test will be in the summer!

Helps me get in more calories
I’ve had a hard time with stomach problems and it’s hard to just add an extra fat or some of the protein drinks. This does nothing but help me get in calories I need without causing me digestive issues I’m not as tired and don’t have the crashes. Great way to stay boosted while working out or just kidding calories you need

Too Sweet - and expensive - For My Taste
As I got more into fitness and working out, I eliminated almost all added sugar from my diet. Not just because of the effect it has on blood glucose, but also because I found it definitely caused some inflammation in my body and increased recovery time. Prior to this I was a big fan of Liquid IV and still occasionally drink those as I work out as I feel water just isn't enough. So I was excited to try this as I was hoping it might be a good alternative. Each packet has a lot of powder to dissolve in 16oz of cold water. I found the powder would settle out and I'd have to keep shaking it up periodically. While the taste wasn't too chemical/artificial tasting like some products, I was bothered by how sweet it tasted. After having eliminated a lot of sugar I am more sensitive to that and this was just cloyingly sweet. I just couldn't drink much of it while working out. Because of that I can't fully evaluate whether it provides sustained energy, but I didn't feel a spike or crash from the 1/2 that I did drink. Given the cost per dose, I can't really see purchasing more of this. I'll go back to Liquid IV + protein after working out as it's more my taste (And that of my wallet!)

Reasonable alternative to UCAN products
For endurance athletes, it is important to manage the carbs that are available to your muscles over an extended period of time. For me, I typically need to think about it for higher intensity workouts lasting over an hour and I have normally used products from UCAN that use a specially modified corn starch for sustained energy. This Momentous Fuel, with palatinose, is making a similar claim: the sugars will process more slowly, giving your muscles extended energy rather than a spike. After a couple of uses, I can say that the product mostly delivers. I don’t feel any crash on my runs and have still felt like could keep going after 80-90 minutes. The effect isn’t quite the same as UCAN, but that product has gotten fairly expensive in recent years and costs nearly twice as much as this on a per serving basis. The taste on this is fine. I’ve tried one other palatinose product, and I prefer the taste of this one. Bottom line: there are probably better options if you’re looking just for an electrolyte and it may not be quite as effective as some of the higher end sustained long-lasting energy sources, but this comfortably fills a middle ground for the “good enough” endurance drink.

Very Delicious with equal cherry and berry taste
This product tastes really good. The cherry and berry mix is amazing. The cherry is not too overpowering. Cherry can be a strong flavor but it is toned down enough that I can still easily taste the berry. The serving size is also a good suggestion. Usually I have to water down the suggested serving size of powder drinks but this hit just right with one scoop and 16 oz. If the price is worthwhile for you, then I would not hesitate to suggest this product. It mixed well and tasted amazing.

Tastes ok, probably best to use a blender
I have a personal blender, so I used it to mix this according to the directions. It took quite a bit of blending to get it to mix properly. It would have been quite the chore to mix it with a spoon or by shaking something. The taste isn't terrible, but it isn't all that good either. It's...fine. It's definitely not something I would choose to drink just for its taste though. My long exercise sessions are usually spent on something like an elliptical machine for a few hours. There's a gym in my house, so I just put on a movie or something and just stay on whatever machine I feel like using today for the duration of said movie. I tried this along with my typical workout, and I feel...exactly the same as I always do. That is, a whole lot more tired than I would have been 20 years ago when I could just use an elliptical all day long. So, it doesn't seem to do much of anything for me. Maybe it requires a more intensive workout that these old joints just can't handle anymore.

Very sweet
Momentous Fuel, Intra-Workout would be great for those used to sweet drinks or used to a lot of sugar in their diets. One serving had 27g of sugar. It's not typical sugar, it's more scientifically generated for performance, but sugar nonetheless. It gives my husband extra energy for the gym on those days he needs it, but it is very sweet and makes him thirsty. The flavor is better than many fuel type drinks on the market and it dissolves about the same as most powdered enhancers. Being diabetic, I cannot use it.

If your exercising for over 60 minutes you should definitely be taking a intra-workout like this
Those who workout where you are loosing a lot of fluids sweat should be taking an intra-workout like this especially if the activity is over 60 minutes. This will give you carbs for energy to get you through the rest of workout and help with replenishing your fluids lost through sweat.
