It was good,got results, but it is a maintenance dose, if you are vitamin B12 is very low, then go to doctor he will give you a booster dose to make your B12 normal. Then you can take this supplements to maintain your B12 level. value for money. never felt stomach,gas,bloating issues (depends on the person). You have to be regular in your lifestyle, wakeup - sleep, eating time, and then take it 2 capsules per day just after lunch/dinner to get full benefit. Don't take it empty stomach, these vitamins are fat soluble,so will only get absorbed by taking after meals. Always try to take plant based supplements rather than synthetic chemical based supplements.
