Only for Horizontal Privacy
First of all, this screen was too big for my iPad Air 2, so be careful of that when you see “iPad 2” compatibility. I’m not rating them because of buying the wrong size; just warning in case you misread like I did.Secondly, I had to cut it to size with a box cutter to fit my tablet... after a huge hassle I did get it to fit perfectly. The problem is it wont fit back into my clip in tablet case. So if you have one of those really snug cases, this privacy screen is possibly not going to allow room for that.Thirdly, the privacy action is ONLY for the landscape or horizontal view. It does not offer any privacy in portrait mode at all.Fourthly, the tablet screen requires a firmer touch now... not too firm; but definitely not as sensitive and responsive as it was before this screen.Fifth, There were no written instructions on how to install the thing. Just a bunch of sketches so proceed slowly or watch a You tube video for help if illustrations are not clear. I had to study each one repeatedly to figure out what they wanted me to do.Besides these issues, I think the item is more or less acceptable since i bought it for typing in landscape mode.

Excellent
Super easy to install on Lenovo and dell laptops. The privacy aspect works as well as any other I have seen (and there are hundreds in my company. As with all privacy screens they work best in bright daylight or bright office environment and a much less affective in dim light or evening. It reduces the Claire as well but as with all privacy screens it also reduces the brightness and I find I just have to put the brightness on max to compensate - which means you burn through the battery quicker but it’s a small price to pay.

Can't remove and repalce it at all - keeps falling off.
The stick pads to put on the PC screen are pretty hopeless if you want to take the screen on and off regularly. I have put 2 long ones along the bottom of the screen and after half an hour they have fallen off. Husband doesn't like using it so I need to be able to take it on and off regularly but it seems that is not a realistic option if the sticky pads won't stay on.There is no space between the pads and the screen so when you try and slide the filter on it pushed the pads off.As a filter I am very happy with the anti-glare properties and it is good if I could just get it to attach tot he computer screen! I have one on my laptop but that is permananetly attached with sticky pads with no problem so my only issue is with the 'removable' claims. Oh No- its just fallen off again.

Update to earlier review.
I have received excellent service from the help chat line regarding the sub-standard condition of this product and I am very happy with the service I have received. Now a few comments on the performance of the screen. You will probaly need to increase the brightness of your screen and maybe increase the size of text, but it If you buy it to reduce glare and reflections my experience is that it works really well.

Does the job well
I like that I can now use my laptop in bright light and see what is on the screen. It does provide a good privacy filter as when the laptop is on the desk next to me I forget it is switched on as the screen is so black!I used the sticky strips, tried the stick on clips but couldn't get the position right and the filter didn't want to slip onto the screen behind them.I am not sure which side is best as I have only used the matte one - there is supposed to be a difference but I couldn't see any. The screen may be a bit darker but for internet use thats not an issue. I like it and will be buying a larger version for my main PC next.

Functional but has niggles
Using this on a thinkpad 14” fits perfectly. My niggles with it is that after a month there are some scratches appearing on it from where it runs on the screen. I got it to use on the train and for the most part it does block the view but someone sitting next to me on the train can still read the screen. More than a seat away then they can’t. This might be true for all privacy screens I have no idea this is my first. The tabs it comes with to keep it in place look ugly.

Works, but several really annoying problems
The tabs work, although how long they'll stay stuck on is a different matter. The filter itself has "Fellowes" stamped on it, which gets in the way of reading through the screen. The sticky tab attach to the screen left lots of adhesive, so leaving a nasty scratched smeared mess. The reduced field of view just about works as intended. It's not worth the (reduced) price, let alone the original price.I wouldn't buy this again.

Poor quality privacy
This hardly blocks out much of your screen from an angle. I've had a few different privacy filters for other laptops and this one's rubbish. Wouldn't be safe to use laptop on a train. Or anywhere your privacy matters. Have binned it off and got a different one. Waste of money.
