You can do many effective exercises with it. There is a learning curve, but that would come with any such band-based equipment. My reason for 4 rather than 5 stars has less to do with the equipment than the relatively limited selection of learning materials that comes with it. There are YouTube videos which are helpful but they could be a bit more systematic in how they present information (their planning, explanations, and video direction). Most importantly, it would be great if there could be a few workout videos to follow. I would even pay for high quality ones.
