Average.
It is an almost dosa. Very easy to make the mix but a bit more to help on what the batter should be like. Should it be like single cream, double cream etc.Instruction could be a lot better. Do you flip it or not?It tasted a bit like a dosa but not authentic. Improved by adding green onion and coriander leaf to the batter.

Amazon is Amazing and it is Amazing what you can buy via Amazon -
My mum loves 'dosa' ( or dosai in the plural ) an Indian savoury thin crepe / pancake / tortilla type food which can be eaten plain ( as I do ) or with your choice of filling ( like the mother does ) previously had to venture out to a Vegetarian Indian restaurant ( typical Indian Curry restaurants / takeaways don't sell these for some reason ? odd as a meat filling is also a great option ) Now with this big box got enough mix to keep the old dear quiet for a while !

Not gluten-free- it has a green tick next to gluten, but that's to say it has gluten in it. Unimpressed.
