INFUSION OAK SPIRAL - AMBURANA LIGHT TOAST 8" 2/PK

I've used these to finish a few different bottles of whiskey that were so bad that I was on the verge of dumping them. They infuse all of the great cinnamon toast crunch flavor that amburana brings. I typically use about a 2 inch piece for a 750mL bottle and it only needs a few days before you notice a difference. This is a great product I plan to buy more of when I'm close to being out.

Infused beverages with a great cinnamon flavor!

I broke off a piece about 1 to 1-1/2 inches long and put it a quart mason jar with a 750 bottle of Even Williams Bottled in Bond. After 5 days the amburana flavor was very strong, and the description of cinnamon roll is very accurate.This was an easy way for me to find out whether I like the amburana flavor, without having to gamble on a $80-150 bottle of finished whiskey. I do like it, and will probably try some soon.

A 3" piece in 1.75L of Evan Williams BiB for 36 hours is magical. Comes out tasting like christmas. Warm baking spices and caramel. Lightly sweeter. Very, very good. Had to use a 2L bottle to hold everything since the spiral is wider than the mouth kf the bottle, and you will need a fine mesh filter to catch the wood dust.

This is one of the few Amazon items that I can write within a very short time owning it, because it works incredibly quickly when added to liquor. I tossed a few very small chunks into a couple of whiskey bottles, and after 3 days I strained them out. This wood transformed the whiskey by softening it a bit, and bringing some big cinnamon roll flavors along for the ride. In a Canadian whiskey that was already on the sweet side, it basically turned it into a dressert drink, which was more interesting and tastier than the original bottle that had just been sitting on my shelf for years.Not much else to say - works as advertised!

I put half a inch of the spiral into a bottle of whiskey I hated for 48 hours. It totally transformed it from a loser to a winner. It brought a complexity and flavor that was missing before hand. Incredible product. I will be purchasing these again

The product was exactly what I expected. I used them to add flavoring to a bourbon. Only feedback would be that a smaller option would be nice to have available
