William Morris: An Arts & Crafts Coloring Book (V&A Museum)

Nice thick cover and heavy weight smooth paper for coloring. I like the fact that it shows how the original textiles were colored. The patterns are intricate and the outlines of the patterns are printed with thin lines - not the typical thick, black line weight. Makes for a nicer completed project page. The nicest coloring book I have purchased as far as quality of paper and print, not to mention the beauty found in the complexity of William Morris' patterns. Also, because of the way the book is bound, you can open it out completely flat and the pages do not fall out. Very nice!

I like it, but I don't know why some of the patterns are complete and others are not. Some of the ones I like the best are only part of the print. Quite disappointing. I do recommend it though. The paper is thick and the patterns are pretty.

the pictures are elegant but this is not coloring book that its for fun pictures are not for beginners or even intermediate hard and frustrating at times not relaxing at all. very pricy too thou the paper and book is worth the price this book is just not for me.

Beautiful, unique coloring book. It’s reminiscent of an art book because it has several informational pages on William Morris and most of the pages for coloring have a picture of the original art work next to them. Also the back of the book has a couple of pages listing all the art work in the book with information on each pattern.Pages are printed on both sides but since the paper is thick that shouldn’t be a problem.

each design has one color page and one page to color. Very cool.

This book is gorgeous and full of great ideas.

Gorgeous book almost too good to add colour. Will use as reference I think rather than spoil. Nice quality paper (weight and texture) and high quality images.

Beautiful colouring book. Thick paper so felt tip pens won’t run through.

A thick paper, and the original designs are there for you see. They are well drawn and faint but easy to see.
