The damage to the car was minor--just enough to eat up her $1000 deductible and $200 more. Found taillamps cheap on Ebay and was able to mostly buff out the bumper damage, but the dent on her trunk lid was a real eyesore. I am a former auto claims adjuster, so I was well aware of paintless dent removal repairs prior to attempting. This product made it easy to do myself and completely removed the simple dent. There are also plenty of YouTube videos of people using similar products.Value5/5you can’t really fix a dent this well for $30 any other way that I know of for a beginner so it’s definitely worth the price.Quality3/5This is some cheap stuff. From the instructions to the included plastic tabs, you can tell that this is some low end merchandise. I stand by my review and won't be changing it.This product worked pretty ok, I think my dent was too severe to get the results I wanted. The glue works really well, you just gotta let it really cool down all the way. If your car has lots of scratches like mine, the glue won't hold in those areas and will pop off. Careful with the glue, some of the paint did come off. We had to do some pulling to get the big dent to pop out. Little dents by the ridges of the car doesn't seem to come out completely. Overall I think this would be great for small dents, not so great for a deeper dent like mine. Wish the plastic lifter was metal, probably would've worked better.
