I bought this as a gift for my sister and I'm sure she loved it.

Had to microwave for about 3x longer than it says and only stayed hot for under 10mins. No option to return on this item..

Just what is needed for a stiff neck and shoulders

Extremely heavy. Was not suitable for someone already in pain!

Fits great and very comfortable. Purchased this for my adult son who has been going to a chiropractor for neck and shoulder pain. He had been using a standard "rice bag" for applying local warmth but it would always slide off unless he was sitting absolutely still. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it is. This one fits perfectly and he can wear it while walking around and sitting at his computer. Holds the heat great and really helps sooth his aches, especially after a chiro session.

It gets cold quickly, too heavy & smells bad!

Great product, holds heat and is weighted which I like, using it daily and it's make a difference.

It does not stay hot or cold for long enough. The material is nice, the handles are good and the lavender smells great. But I end up reheating it after only five minutes. Not the best.

This is amazing. My husband was injured and our neighbor let him borrow hers. He liked it so much we bought him one. Fits beautifully on neck and shoulders!
