One of the best shave creams I have tried- handsome packaging and the peppermint smell is terrific. Every product in the JS Sloane line is high-end and is well worth trying. This cream creates a wonderful lather and provides a nice slick glide for your razor. When the shave is finished, your skin will feel a light, cool tinkle from the peppermint. I've never experienced any product like this one. A little on the pricy side, but most of us rotate between a lot of shave soaps, so it will end up lasting a long time and you will get your money's worth. Think of this cream as an expensive cognac and save it for the weekend shave when you can enjoy the elegance of this cream.

I upgraded to this product from Proraso after I had switched to using a shave brush. While JS Sloan is a bit more expensive, it’s definitely a step up in quality. I experience almost no irritation and the lovely scent keeps your skin feeling fresh for the next few hours.

Bought a tub to try since I enjoyed their pomades and discovered yet another gem of a product by JS Sloane. If you like a really menthol shaving cream, this is the ultimate one for you. Even as I’m typing this post shaving, my face feels cool and skin is extremely relaxed. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this shave butter for about ten years. I shave every day and a jar lasts about six months so I think it’s a great value. Leaves my skin soft and well moisturized even in winter.

Wanted to like this product but too much menthol for my face. Does not lather, insufficient ‘glide’ across my face to get a close shave.
