The solution
I needed a solution for the terrible mobile reception in my office. I have put the i650 in the only place where there is a bit of reception and bingo. The problem is that I don't have a telephone socket by the window but the majority of my calls today are made through the iphone. The other bonus is that I am now always fully charged which as is well known is the bain of all iphone users. Great product, looks great, 6 stars!

Be careful and read about it first!
I had one of these phones for Christmas as I have an iPhone 5s. It dose charge my iPhone 5s with an adaptor which is not included which I think is wrong! I have it as a 2nd phone in my bedroom but I still have to go downstairs to answer the phone because if I answer the landline I can't hear anything with all the static! I decided to take off extension and put straight into the telephone mains box and I can answer upstairs so I've gotta ask BT to put a 2nd box in my room for this landline to work properly Not happy with it at all can't use it as a 2nd phone Waste of money 😞

iCreation I650 DECT cordless phone with bluetooth
I have a very poor mobile signal in most of the house so that it's not possible to reliably make or receive mobile calls. The iCreation I650 DECT cordless phone with bluetooth enables me to place the mobile (a Galaxy S3) on an upstairs window ledge where it's possible to get a signal, and then connect the S3 by bluetooth to the DECT phone. As a result I am now able to make and receive mobile calls all over the house.

Great bit off tec
Great bit off tec.i use mine at the office and it replaced my old phone but now I only have to carry one phone.one thing I would say is I can't seem to transfer calls internally but that could be me.

Second Hand handset
Just received product. Works as described, but plastic on handset is scratched and has wear marks on it consistent with the device having previously been used. Got for discount, and does what it's needed for, but for a used handset it's way overpriced. Extremely underwhelmed and would not recommend this retailer.

Bargain!
Bought this for my daughter as she finally had a landline, didn’t work with her iPhone 6 but a cheap adapter sorted that, she is very impressed in how well it works and links up to her mobile. She compared it to other phones at this price point and said it outclassed them all.

Managing expectations
This is still a useful device, but I think you need to manage some expectations: SCREEN: Compared to the stunning iPhone 4 Retina display, this looks bad. There's no other way to put it. If this was 2005, you'd look at the screen and think 'hey, that's pretty good'. But in 2010, Apple raised the bar, very high, with their 'Retina' display. Here, you can definitely discern the pixels (see video). (To be fair to iCreation, it's not like they can compete with Apple's economies of scale) INTERFACE: They have been inspired by Apple, clearly. I kept wanting to press the icons on the screen, but it's not a touch screen. So, it doesn't feel as 'natural'. Next, the menus are not very easy to navigate through. But it comes with a little colour booklet, this explains how to get stuff done. FEEL: The handset is very comfortable to hold, and is the right weight. It looks very sleek (again, see video). PACKAGING: They've vaguely tried to mimic the Apple feel, with the iName and the box. When you unpack, thing's AREN'T elegantly laid out, it's kind of messy. Not too bad, not not great if you're comparing to Apple. EASE-OF-USE: Put it this way - I wouldn't get it for my parents (unlike an iPhone). See the video of the menus and settings, you need to be patient and quite nerdy to use this. The iPhone is a joy to use - it's intuitive, responsive and idiot proof. This (iCreation device) is not. USEFUL? - It functions well as an iPhone charger stand, at least (as you'd expect!) - If you are worried about health risks associated with using a mobile phone, it's safer to hold a DECT handset to your face. (They use these in hospitals etc) - If you're prepared to invest A LOT of time to get your head around the functions, by reading the manuals, you can potentially get a lot of out it. STILL PHOTOS: I have uploaded photographs - see the top left of the page. The manual and instructions are not terrible, but compared to Apple, they aren't great.
