I am changing my star rating after this fabulous customer service.I was in love with this the first time I used this. I went to use it yesterday and the dang thing won't heat up enough. After waiting 15 minutes, the wand was warm enough to grab with a bare hand. I took the head off and changed it with another and neither of them became hot enough to curl hair. I am upset because I really did like this product, but for only working once, it sucks.
