I've installed a few key pad door locks and this one was no different really than the other brands. Easy to install, not complicated or difficult at all. It was easy to set up on the app as well. I bought the hub and really like the ability to access it remotely. My biggest complaint is that the hub is supposed to be within 30 ft of the lock which can be annoying if you have limited outlets or not one close by. I also don't like the random rotating numbers on the pad. But maybe that's just me, I like things to be in order and when it's not it drives me crazy lol But that really has nothing to do with the lock function, more of a personal preference. Anyhow, I like it and would buy it again if I needed another one.

The Lockly 6S door lock is a nice unit. The installation was no more difficult then other door lock assemblies.Programing the lock was simple. I really like the number changes making it difficult for someone to guess your passcode. You can unlock by using the number code, fingerprints, keys or app. You can purchase a hub to use remotely through Alexa or Google. The lock is well made. I recommend A+

The only drawback is that the hub needs to be within 30 ft of the lock, which can be inconvenient if outlets are limited or not nearby. Additionally, the rotating numbers on the keypad may bother some individuals who prefer things to be in order.Overall, the Lockly Model 6S Bluetooth Smart Lock is a reliable and easy-to-use solution for keyless entry. It offers convenience and security, and the minor Bluetooth issue can potentially be resolved with an update. Very difficult to program and use. Not intuitive at all. And, if the lock is facing sunlight it’s impossible to read the screen to press numbers to unlock. And don’t get me started on the ridiculously useless wifi non-capability Product concept spot-on. Execution - let’s just say they are not there yet.

Now that the lock and handle are installed, I love this products features, it works great! But installation was not easy and certainly not for someone like myself without any basic home repair skills. I had to eventually ask for help. But glad I asked for help, well worth it.

Comparing with my other Kwikset smart lock, this Lockly Model 6S, Bluetooth Smart Lock is same easy to use!The installation was very easy but make sure you have read the instructions first. The instructions is on website and was very detailed. All you need to do is follow it step by step. It took me about 30mins to do the installation included replacing the former lock.The smart lock is very user-friendly. You can create up to unique user codes for friends, family, or guests.It uses 4 AA batteries, will see how long it lasts!The keypad is easy to control even for my young kids. The passcode has to be 6-8 digits, it’s not so kids friendly because it’s harder to memorize 6 digits. All other smart locks I used are all 4 digit code access.The app is smooth but it can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth only. You have to stay close with the lock to setup passcodes. It’s not so friendly and convenient if you use it as gate code for Airbnb because you can’t control it through WIFI.WI-FI Hub need to be purchased separately and costs $79.99.I would say this smart lock is overpriced without WIFI connection. I use it on the entry door from my garage so overalls it provides a simple easy access.

This lock set is amazing.You do need to download an app to use this (and, all its features).You can store so many fingerprints and passcodes!Never worry about losing your keys again!If the key lock is wet, it doesn't read your fingerprints as well (need to dry first).Love the options on the app-- it's amazing.Definitely feel secure with this!Easy to install.Looks very nice!
