Could be useful. The idea is great but the connectors are difficult to line up and over time have started to mark and damage the controllers and the USB that sticks out. The most annoying thing though is the fan noise. The unit is so loud I never turn the fan function on, even though it works well it’s not usable.Feedback from the supplier has been very good and due to the issues listed above we discussed many resolutions.A case was opened by them until they were satisfied they had successfully resolved problem to a level whereby I as the customer was happy.Due to this I have. Changed my scoring from 3 to 5 stars.Customer service is key and I really can’t fault them for there response and service.Thank you.

Fantastic product with lots of functionality.Powered by the XBOX.XBOX fits perfectly in the stand and is very sturdy.The fan keeps the XBOX nice and cool and helps prevent over heating.The controllers also fit perfectly and a charged by the stand.The stand also has extra USB ports for charging other device.Really good all in one product that's functional and keeps everything tidy.

+ : Space saving.Good design.Loads of USB's.Very stable compared to some others.Ease of use, just plug it in the back USB and away you go.- : Not a precision made product. The charging docks are (or can be) at odd angles and not overly strong. Meaning it's a little tense plugging in the controllers.Can look a bit cheap and shoddy. The company decal on mine was/is at an angle and no where near central in placement. this just gives the feel that it's not been put together with care. The front USB bezel (surround) isn't fitted properly and just looks like a cheap knockoff.Fans are cheap and very noisy. I'm aware that they say there will be a little noise but the fans are louder than my PC and that has 6 120mm fans running! It is by far and away the loudest piece of kit in the living room by a mile.Not a + or a - but to make some of you aware that the USB ports are not v3 so will not run your external HD. Not too much of an issue but thought it should be mentioned.Overall a cracking product for the money and one I am for the most part, happy with. Would I recommend it? Yes, yes I would, so long as you are ok with it -potentially- being noisy, looking a bit cheap and having to fiddle with the charging ports.

Update: the company contacted me after the review and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for the replacement and it arrived within a day or two. Top service. The new unit does not have a dodgy cable, which is pleasing! I'm impressed with the build quality of the new unit, although it is quite tricky to book the controllers onto the charging ports 1st time. Usually go on with another go though. Recommended.Original review:Hmm. One of the USB connectors has snapped off in the controller. Also, the USB cable that supplies power to the unit is extremely temperamental. I can't see a way of contacting the seller about the issues either. This is after 2 months or so of regular usage.

We bought this cooling stand for our 11yr old at Christmas 2017, great (we thought) for charging, storing and keeping the X Box cool whilst he played. All was well until last night (Saturday 5th May 2018) when we were woken by our son at 01.45am telling us he could smell burning coming from the X Box! We discovered to our horror that the charging unit had melted his hand set at the connection point. The smell was horrible, and the damage done to the handset was un repairable...it cost us another £50.00 to replace the handset and the cooling charging unit is ruined. The thought that this unit could have not only destroyed his X Box but could have also (terrifyingly) caused an electrical fire in the room, and goodness knows what could have happened after that. We hope to get a response from the company supplying these units and get ALL our money back including the cost of the new handset. Please be aware if you have already bought one, check the connection and DO NOT LEAVE TO CHARGE OVER NIGHT OR IN AN EMPTY HOUSE.

The stand is a nice size, the chargers are sturdy and the extra USB ports are useful.The fan is a little noisy, but expected. Helps save space and give the console better airflow, good value for money

The customer service was excellent and the product is sturdy sleek and keeps your xbox cooled and controllers together. The only problem is that the cooling fans and a bit noisy.

No matter how hard I tried, I could not get the stand to hold either of the xbox one controllers. I have several from xbox one and two from xbox one s. None would fit in the charging slot. I sent it back. Lictin contacted me and sent me a replacement. This one works great. Customer service is exceptional. I am very pleased that I can use the stand.
