this is a very good toothbrush and i recommend it for home cleaning. The difference between this and older models is night and day. its good value for money. electic is the way to go. for ease of use and value. its easy to charge and 1 charge will last about 3 weeks for 2 twice a day.

I intended to buy the io8 but comparing the prices, the io2 was much cheaper. When looking at the features, the tech side is lacking as the toothbrush does not work with an app but as I am awful with tech, it was not a consideration for me when I was buying it. I guess my major issue was, it has 3 cleaning modes and there is no indicator to let you know which mode you are on but I always use daily cleaning which is the first mode so that is not an issue. Someone in a product review mentioned the red light is hard to see as it warns you when you press too hard but again, this is not an issue for me as I know how much pressure I feel comfortable with. The battery is strong, I left it unplugged for 3 days and it still worked, maybe it would go unplugged for 4 or 5. In my opinion unless you must have the app and extra tech to guide you, it is worth buying this over the more expensive ones as you save over £100 with this as opposed to the io8.

This has my teeth feeling so much cleaner, the brand was recommended by our dentist for a family member, it came in a two pack so husband took one too. I watched them use it and thought wow that makes things a lot easier. I can tell you my teeth and gums have never felt cleaner or smoother. Just remember to use soft bristles and not to brush hard, just easily go over the teeth front and back. The color is beautiful, my favorite color and it stands alone. It holds a charge for over a week. I just decided a day and each week I put it on the charger overnight. I am sure it would last longer. It’s not messy to use, it’s very well made and I’m glad my dentist suggested it. The brush heads last 6 months, but in between I soak mine in a small cup of peroxide to clean every now and then. Great toothbrush, cleaner teeth and gums with a lot less effort and it’s a money saver too, when you think how many tooth brushes it replaced, don’t hesitate to buy.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I read many reviews, saying they'd received a damaged box, a brush handle that had dust on it, that appeared to be used; I was anxious about this. Luckily, I received a new, sealed box which was in excellent condition; in fact it took a bit of strength & patience to open it! It is true that there is a clear gap between the brush head and the handle - is this a design flaw or defect? The gap is about the thickness of the coloured rings which are usually provided with new heads; that said, the gap does not seem to hinder the functionality of the electric brush.In the box, I found the electric brush handle and the charger, both in individual card casing; also there was one black sealed brush head.The handle is quite smooth but comfortable to hold; however, the press button is too flush for my liking because you can't tell that it's there unless you look at it. The charging LED is tiny compared to previous productions, but the pressure sensor red LED bright and clear.I had read in other reviews that some folks had problems with the plug - yes, it is a two-pin plug (like electric shavers), but it fits perfectly into any UK shaver adaptor.Thus, I have not found any issues with this brush whatsoever - I paid for a new brush, I received a new brush...in excellent condition.Lastly, this brush was to replace my last Oral-B pro brush, which had given me at least six years of excellent cleaning; thank you Oral-B. Definitely a "Best Buy".

Bought in the sales and it was well worth the money. Very robust feeling toothbrush and a lot more powerful than my old one. Feels like it gives your teeth a deep clean every time it's used and the battery life is great.

Decent electric toothbrush — huge upgrade from using a manual. The bonus is the travel case which will come in handy.Negatives: much louder than I expected and grip isn’t the best but these are negligible issues that don’t bother me too much.
