I am 6'2, about 250#. What size is recommended?

The sizes on the description are kind of miss leading. Am 5'10 and order the XL cause it stated the inseam was 29/30 yet it was kind of long more like 32/33/34. Maybe the XL size would fit you length wise. They are great but have to pull them higher then my waist line. Hope it helps.

Waist 36, length 32, what size do you recommend?

I’m 35 waist 34 inside leg and bought Large. Excellent fit with accurate inside leg measurement and really comfy on the waist. (Some other China brands are shorter than advertised). Hope this helps.

Do they have elastic at the ankles ?

No elastic at the ankles although they are fairly narrow cut at the ankles. These are not the same as cotton sweatpants. They are a lightweight polyester.

Are they good for running in the fall
