This is absolutely a migraine and post-op jaw replacement surgery game changer! I've had stress migraines my whole life and sometimes the only thing that will work is ice but now I have this beautiful gel head wrap and it brings immediate relief! Ironically several months into owning this I've had to have permanent dental implants along with titanium jaw replacement. When I use it for these two purposes post-op I slip it other way so that it covers my cheekbones all the way down to my neck to treat permanent dental implant and post up jaw replacement surgery. It does not stink and it washes very easily by hand. Be very careful to not move the gel around inside too much because it can make it a little difficult to flatten it out again. If you have trouble with that after it's frozen make sure you melt it wash it and then adjust while it is still wet. It dries very quickly. One of the best things I've owned for migraines and post-op facial surgery.

I’ve had migraines since high school, but during my third pregnancy, OTC medication stopped working for me. Decided to give this a try and did not expect it to be as effective and give me the quick relief that it did. It stays cool for about 15 mins, which is longer than I need to have it on to work. Very soft, comfortable material. Highly recommend.

The last thing I need when I have a migraine is the smell of this thing. 🤢 It's almost unbearable to wear because it smells so bad. It does feel great on my head but I have to plug my nose. Hopefully the smell goes away soon, otherwise I'll be returning.

I get horrible migraines and the only thing that helps is cold. I have used cold eye masks in the past, but after a really bad one, I wanted something a little bit extra. This is so amazing and I wish I had gotten it a long time ago. It stays cold longer than my other ones. I would definitely buy it again.

These things are AMAZING!!! I love them, i have one and bought one for my teenager and a co-worker. If you suffer from migraines this truly helps. I don't ever freeze mine, cause its usually already cool since its gel. If you have migraines this is a great thing to have around

Within about 5 minutes, my headache started to subside! It was colder than I could tolerate at first, but after I adjusted to it, the borderline migraine started to ease up. So much faster than meds! I was surprised how well it actually worked! It fit well, was easy to pull on. For the price, the quick relief was well worth cost!

This is a great product to help when I get migraines. Previously, I’d run through all of the tiny odd ice packs in my freezer to hit the odd spots on my head that hurt, and with this, it covers it all! I haven’t used the warm option, but it is lightweight and I keep it in my fridge. It covers your entire face and keeps your eyes nice and shut.
